11. Pin Programs To Taskbar
You will probably have noticed by now that the good old Windows
Quick Launch Toolbar has disappeared from Windows 7. To be honest
this caused complete astonishment during the early beta but, as time
went by, users seemed to get used to the idea of the Quick Launch
Toolbar being missing and made do with its replacement - pinning
programs to the taskbar.
To pin your programs to the taskbar, proceed as follows:
- Locate the program you want to pin to the
taskbar.
- Right click on the programs shortcut.
- From the drop down menu, Click on the
Pin To Taskbar
option.
- Hey presto! Your program will appear in the taskbar.
